ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕ ಆನಂದ್ ( ಶ್ರೀಮುರಳಿ) ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಲಂಚ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತೆ ತನ್ನ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಆತನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ನಾಯಕ ಹೇಗೆ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸೇಡು ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.
