ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕ ಜಗ್ಗೇಶ್ ಜಿಪುಣನಾಗಿರುತತಾನೆ. ಆತನೆ ಆತನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಉದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಜಿಪುಣ ನಾಯಕನಿಗೆ ಅಡವಿಟ್ಟ ಆತನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಹಠದಿಂದ ಹಣ ಕೂಡಿಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ನಡುವೆ ಅನೇಕ ಅಡೆತಡೆಗಳು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗುತ್ತೆ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಆತ ಹೇಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಪಡೆದ ಎಂಬುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.
