ಈ ಕಥೆಯು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಉಪ-ತನಿಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕೆಂಪೇ ಗೌಡರ ಸುತ್ತ ಸುತ್ತುತ್ತದೆ.ಅವರು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಅಂಗಡಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವ ಕನಸನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ,ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಕಛೇರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ರೋನಾದಲ್ಲಿ PSI ಎಂದು ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಅವರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ರಜಾದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆಯಲು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಹುಡುಗಿ (ರಘಿನಿ ದ್ವಿವೇದಿ) ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
