ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕಿ ಗೀತಾ (ಗಾಯತ್ರಿ) ಶ್ರೀಮಂತೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಅಂಹಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆರೆದಾಡುವ ಆಕೆಗೆ ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯ ಅರಿವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಿರುವಾಗ ಆಕೆ ಜೀವವಿಮಾ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ ಆಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಾಯಕ ವಸಂತ್ (ಡಾ.ರಾಜ್ ಕುಮಾರ್) ಮೇಲೆ ವಿನಾಃ ಕಾರಣ ಕಿರುಕುಳದ ಆರೋಪ ಹೊರಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ನಾಯಕಿಯ ಅಹಂಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕುವ ನಾಯಕ ಅದನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿ ತೋರಿಸುವುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.

After a few initial clashes, Vasantha and Geetha fall in love and get married. However, a number of issues soon force the couple to part ways.
