ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕ ವೀರಬಾಹು (ವಿಜಯ್) ಓರ್ವ ಅನಾಥ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ಮಶಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಾಯಕಿ ನಿಧಿ ಸುಬ್ಬಯ್ಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇವರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತೊಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದೆ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
