పవన్‌కల్యాణ్‌ వీరాభిమాని అయిన నితిన్ చేసిన ఒక మంచిపనివల్ల నగరంలో ప్రముఖ వ్యాపారవేత రెడ్డిగారు అభిమానం పొందుతాడు.నితిన్ నందిని అనే అమ్మాయిని చూసి తొలిచూపులోనే ప్రేమిస్తాడు.ఇదిలా ఉండగా ఆమె...రెడ్డిగారితో సాన్నిహిత్యం కోసం ప్రయత్నిస్తూంటుంది.తన వెనక నితిన్ పడుతున్నాడని అర్దం చేసుకున్న నందిని అతనికి,రెడ్డి గారికి ఉన్న చనువుని ఉపయోగించుకొని రెడ్డిగారితో పరిచయం పెంచుకుంటుంది.నితిన్ ని వదలి రెడ్డి గారిని తీసుకొని బర్సెలోనా వెళ్ళిపోతుంది.అసలు రెడ్డిగారికి,నందిని కు ఉన్న రిలేషన్ ఏమిటి? ఆయనతో ఎందుకు పరిచయం పెంచుకుంటుంది? నందిని ప్రేమని ఎలా నితిన్ పొందాడు ? అనేది మిగిలిన కథాంశం.
