ಸಾಹುಕಾರ

ಈ ಚಿತ್ರವು ನಾಯಕ ಮುತ್ತು (ರವಿಚಂದ್ರನ್) ಎಂಬ ಪಾತ್ರದಾರಿಯ ಸುತ್ತ ಸುತ್ತುತ್ತದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುತ್ತು ಸಾಹುಕಾರನ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ ಸೇವಕನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಮುತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಯಕಿ ರಂಭ (ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ) ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸಾಹುಕಾರ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಸೆಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮುತ್ತು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ತಿಳಿದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದು ಮನೆಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಸಾಹುಕಾರನ ತಾಯಿಯಿಂದ ಮುತ್ತುವೇ ಆ ಮನೆಯ ಒಡೆಯ ಎಂಬುದು ತಿಳಿದಾಗ ಸಾಹುಕಾರನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ತಪ್ಪು ಅರಿವಾಗಿ ನಾಯಕ ನಾಯಕಿಯನ್ನ ಸೇರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

Muthu, a faithful servant works for Sahukara. Sahukara is smitten by theatre actress Ranganayaki but she likes Muthu. Knowing this Sahukara throws Muthu out of the house
