சரத்பாபுவிற்கு இரண்டு குழந்தைகள் (விஜயகாந்த் இரட்டை வேடம்).ஒருவர் காசியில் கடத்தப்படுகிறார்.ஒருவர் சரத்பாபுவிடம் இருக்கிறார்.நீதிபதியாக இருக்கும் நாசரை கடத்தி கொலை செய்கிறார்கள்.அதனை விசாரிக்க சிபிஐ அதிகாரியாக வருகிறார் காசி விஸ்வநாதன்.சரத்பாபு பிரகாஷ்ராஜியை சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலில் நிற்க வைத்து வெற்றி பெற செய்கிறார்.ஆனால் சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர் ஆன பிறகு மக்களுக்கு சேவை செய்ய மாட்டார் அதனை கேட்ட சரத்பாபு கொலை செய்யப்படுகிறார்.இதற்கு மன்சூர் அலிகான் மற்றும் மூன்று காவல்துறை அதிகாரிகள் உதவி செய்கிறார்கள்.இவர்களை பேரரசு பழி வாங்குகிறார்.

CBI officer Kasi is tasked to investigate the disappearance of a judge. He finds out that a minister and three cops are behind it. Soon after, the cops get killed and Kasi is framed for their murders.
