సురేంద్ర ఒక నిజాయితీగల పోలీస్ అధికారి.అర్చన పోలీస్ కమీషనర్ కుమార్తె.వీరిద్దరూ అనుకోకుండా ఒక సంఘటన ద్వారా పరిచయమవుతారు.ఆ పరిచయం ప్రేమగా మారుతుంది.అర్చన తండ్రి బీహార్ వాసి.అనుకోకుండా ఒకరోజు సురేంద్రను విడిచి అర్చన తన కుటుంబంతో సహా బీహార్ వెళ్ళిపోతుంది.కొన్నిరోజుల తరువాత అర్చనకు తన బావ సిన్హా కు పెళ్లి జరుగుతుందని తెలిసిన  సురేంద్ర ఏంచేసాడు ? అర్చన ఆలా బీహార్ వెళ్లిపోవడానికి గల కారణమేమిటి ?  సురేంద్ర బీహార్ వెళ్లి అర్చన ప్రేమను ఎలా సంపాదించుకున్నాడు ? అనేదే కథాంశం.

Although Surendra and Archana are in love,circumstances force her to call off the engagement.She returns to Bihar with her father.Surendra,however,is unwilling to give up and follows her there.
