రుద్ర తండ్రి ఒక జ్యోతిష్యుడు.రుద్ర జాతకం ప్రకారం 14సంవత్సరాలు తలితండ్రులకు దూరంగా ఉండాలని అతన్ని తన తండ్రి వారణాసికి పంపిస్తాడు.14సంవత్సరాలు గడిచిన తరువాత రుద్రని వెతుకుంటూ వారణాసి వచ్చిన తండ్రికి రుద్ర అఘోరాగా మారినట్లు తెలుస్తుంది.తన గురువు రుద్ర కాలభైరవ్ గా మారాల్సివుందని తనకున్న సంబంధాలను తెంచుకు రమ్మని తన తండ్రితో చెప్పి తనవెంట రుద్రను పంపిస్తాడు.అలా తన గ్రామానికి వచ్చిన రుద్ర ఒక బిచ్చగత్తె ద్వారా ఆ ఊరిలో జరిగే బెగ్గర్ మాఫియా గురించి తెలుసుకొని దాన్ని ఎలా అంతమొందించాడు అనేదే కథాంశం.
