చిన్నప్పటి నుండి కృష్ణుడంటే ఎక్కువగా ఇష్టపడే కుర్రాడు రాధాకృష్ణ (శర్వానంద్) తన చిన్నతనంలో జరిగిన ఒక సంఘటనతో పెద్దయ్యాక పోలీస్ అవ్వాలని నిర్ణయించుకుని చివరికి పోలీసై ఒక పల్లెటూరిలో పోస్టింగ్ కు వెళతాడు. అలా డ్యూటీ మీద వెళ్లిన రాధాకృష్ణ అదే ఊరిలో ఉండే రాధ ని ప్రేమిస్తాడు. ఇంతలోనే అతనికి హైదరాబాద్ కు బదిలీ అవుతుంది. అలా హైదరాబాద్ వచ్చిన అతనికి లోకల్ గా ఉండే పొలిటీషియన్ చేసిన దుర్మార్గాలు, పోలీస్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ కు తలపెట్టిన ద్రోహం తెలిసి ఎలాగైనా అతన్ని నాశనం చేయాలని నిర్ణయించుకుంటాడు. అసలు ఆ పొలిటీషియన్ చేసిన తప్పులేంటి ? అతన్ని రాధ ఎలా దెబ్బకొట్టాడు ? ఈ మధ్యలో రాధ ప్రేమ కథ ఎలా సాగింది ? అనేదే చిత్ర కథాంశం.
