జనార్ధన్  అనే యువకుడు అన్యాయాన్ని సహించడు.కొత్తగా ఒక ఊరికి వచ్చిన అతను అనుకోని సందర్భంలో ఒక విపత్తును ఎదుర్కోవలసి వస్తుంది.తన పూర్వాశ్రమంలో జనార్దన్ ముంబైని గడగడలాడించిన ఒక డాన్ అనే విషయం అతని  ప్రత్యర్థులకు తెలుస్తుంది.ఆ తర్వాత ఏమి జరిగిందో తెలుసుకోవాలంటే "రౌడీ డాన్" సినిమా చూడాల్సిందే.
