కృష్ణ తన స్నేహితుడు మణి సహాయంతో కొన్ని కోట్ల నల్లధనాన్ని దొంగిలిస్తుంటాడు.వీరిద్దరూ ఎవరికి అనుమానం రాకుండా ఒక చిన్న కుటీర పరిశ్రమను నడుపుతుంటారు.అదే సమయంలో ఆ నల్లధనాన్ని దొంగలించిన దొంగలను పట్టుకోవడానికి అజయ్ అనే పోలీస్ అధికారిని ప్రభుత్వం నియమిస్తుంది.అజయ్ కృష్ణని ఎలా పట్టుకున్నాడు ? కృష్ణ దొంగలించిన ఆ కోట్ల రూపాయలను ఏం చేసాడు ? అనేదే కథాంశం.

Kicha is a modern-day Robin Hood, who along with his friend, Mani, steals from the rich to aid the poor. In society, he is a respected man who runs a small business.
