జీవా , జ్యోత్స్న ని షాపింగ్ మాల్ లో చూసి ప్రేమిస్తాడు. ఆమె కూడా అతన్ని ప్రేమిస్తుంతుంది. వారి ప్రేమ అలా కొనసాగుతూవుండగానే జ్యోత్స్న ఉండే అపార్టుమెంట్లో ఉండే శ్రీనివాస్, స్వాతి ల జంట యొక్క జీవితంలో జరిగే సంఘటనలే వీరి జీవితంలో కూడా జరుగుతున్నాయని గ్రహిస్తారు. ఆ సంఘటనల గురించి లోతుగా వెళ్లి ఆరా తీయగా ప్యార్లల్ లైఫ్ అనే అంశమే దీనికి కారణమని, అందువల్లనే శ్రీనివాస్, స్వాతిల గతం వీరికి భవిష్యత్తు అవుతోందని తెలుసుకుంటారు. అంతేగాక దాని వలన వారి ప్రేమకి పెను ప్రమాదం ఉందని కూడా కనుగొంటారు. ఇంతకీ ఆ ప్రమాదం ఏమిటి ? అసలు ఈ రెండు జంటల జీవితాలు ఎలా ఒకేలా నడుస్తుంటాయి ? ఆ ప్రమాదాన్ని జీవా ఎలా ఎదుర్కున్నాడు ? చివరికి ప్రేమ, విధిల మధ్య జరిగే సంఘర్షణలో ఏది గెలిచింది ? అనేదే చిత్ర కథాంశం.
