ఒక టివి ఛానల్ లో కెమరామెన్ గా పనిచేస్తున్న రాఘవ కు దెయ్యాలంటే చాలా భయం.ఒక రోజు నందిని అనే అమ్మయి దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్న వెంటాడే గెస్ట్ హౌస్ అనే శీర్షికతో ఒక కార్యక్రమం ఆ ఛానల్ లో మొదలవుతుంది.ఆ కథను చిత్రీకరించుటకు వారి బృందాలతో పాటు రాఘవ,నందినిలు ఒక పాడుబడ్డ భవంతికి చేరుకుంటారు,ఆ కథను చిత్రీకరించే సమయంలో ఒక ఆత్మ వారిముందరకు వచ్చి భయాందోళన పరిస్థితులు కలిగిస్తుంది.చివరకు ఆ ఆత్మ ఎవరిని ఆవహిస్తుంది? ఆ ఆవహించిన శరీరం సహాయంతో తన పగను ఎలాతీర్చుకుంటుంది అనేదే కథాంశం.
