ఎసిపి విజయ్ ఖన్నా ఒక నిజాయితీ గల పోలీస్ అధికారి.ఎక్కడా స్ధిరత్వం లేకుండా రివార్డులు సాధిస్తూనే ఒకప్రదేశం నుండి ఇంకొక ప్రదేశానికి బదిలీ అవుతుంటాడు.అదేతరుణంలో హైదరాబాద్ నుండి ముంబయి బదిలీ అవుతాడు.అక్కడ జరిగిన డిప్యూటీ కలెక్టర్ హత్య కు సంబంధించిన పరిశోధనలో ఒక శక్తివంతమైన ఆయిల్ మాఫియా వెలుగులోనికి వస్తుంది.ఈ చీకటి సామ్రాజ్యనికి అధినేత రుద్ర ప్రతాప్ తేజ అని తెలుసుకుంటాడు.అదేతరుణంలో విజయ్ ఖన్నా చిన్నతనంలో అతని తల్లితండ్రులను,డిప్యూటీ కలెక్టర్ ను కూడా హత్యచేసింది రుద్ర ప్రతాప్ తేజ అని తెలుసుకొని,అతనిని ఎలా హతమారుస్తాడు అనేదే కథాంశం.
